Week 2 of the Summer 2 term has been very exciting with an opportunity to cheer on the women in the Aviva World Tour Cycling race. The children made flags and we researched about the British team and the different coloured shirts to look out for before we went. Wednesday morning we then walked over the common and down a lane until we reached the cycle path and waited excitedly! It wasn't a boring wait as you may expect as there were police bikes and cars hooting their horns and waving to the children as they went past. It was a fantastic atmosphere and everyone there enjoyed it. The moment the bikes came down the lane, everyone was cheering and waving their flags. Moments later, it was all over as the bikes were travelling at some speed! Below are some photos we took.

English- For your home learning this week I would like you to complete the punctuation sheet I have given you. Please come and ask before Thursday if you are stuck with the questions I have given you.

Maths- I have added some division and multiplication games for you to have a go at on active learn. You do not need to do all of them, choose the appropriate level for you. If you are unable to do your home learning at home I will be available to help you next Wednesday lunch time. (Wednesday 22^nd June) Good luck and have fun!
